Our return policy extends to 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

For custom-made furniture covers, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty due to manufacturing defects or if we shipped an incorrect item.

Please note: Custom-sized or personalised covers cannot be returned unless faulty.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include your RAN and original receipt in the package
